After several hours of going back and forth with my host tech suport I finaly was able to get Listmail up and running.....so I thought I typed in the 'install' as password and it let me in and sucessfully installed everything.
Everything was fine so I clicked on Config and then I was taken to a blank page. No menu options no nothing. Even after refreshiing several times, the page was still blank.
I then clicked the the back button and it was also now a blank page. No matter what I do, I am still getting this blank page when I log in. So what am I doing wrong?

No one has any feedback or explanation?
The problem is still happening and I can't get up an running unless this is corrected. Any advice is much appreciated.

Not sure if this will help you but when I had this problem it turned out I had blocked the cookie for the parent domain to the one LMP was installed on. I allowed the cookie for the LMP admin site, restarted the browser and it was fine.
