Title: Getting Started - Not sending followups!!

i am having real problems getting ListMail up and running.

at the moment i am simply trying to send an email to a test address with one followup 24hrs later.   i am receiving the initial email but no followup!!

i have went through the online help and didn't find any solution.

please help

Hi Richie,

For followups to work it is required that the scheduled task be set up and working as expected.  The help page is here:

If you can't create a scheduled task in your hosting control panel or if when you do it doesn't work, I recommend contacting your web host.  Basically, we need to "browse to a web page each day" using an available system tool.  Some alternatives are mentioned here:
