Hi,

I have just had my installation done for me and have looked everywhere on how to find the Listmail panel. I have neen to www.mywebsitename.co.uk/mail but the admin password box doesnt accept the password given to me by Listmail.

I would really appreciate some help as im beggining to pull my hair out!

Hi Tom, I don't see your installation tech support ticket.  Did you order from http://listmailpro.com/support?  If so, please login to the ListMail member area, locate your ticket and post a reply that you cannot gain access to your recent installation.
