Title: getting two emails for signups.

When people sign up they are getting two welcome emails and I am getting two sign up notices for each one.

Happens for everyone.   If I enter a new "test" email I get only one confirmation email, but I get two welcome emails and my notify email gets to notifications of the same sign up.
The second notifiaction comes a few minutes after the first.

Any ideas on why?

Does it happen with every single subscriber?  This type of behaviour can happen if your subscriber hits "Refresh" on the signup thank you page.

yes, it happens to all.

each name is only on the list once.

Even if they hit refresh would that still cause me to receive two new sign up notifications?

Still happening.  

Any ideas on how to stop it?
