Title: Help please- this is an emergency!

Dear Dean
I signed up for Listmailpro back in July and have had problems redirecting my website and uploading files with my new webhost. That is all fine now but I don't know what is happening with Listmailpro. I have sent emails regarding my status but have heard nothing. Can anybody please let meknow what is going on or am I doing something disastrously wrong?
This is urgent.

Please update your open support ticket and I will investigate.  Note that your ListMail data is stored in a MySQL database attached to your hosting.  This data cannot be moved by simply moving the web site files.  I may require access to both web hosts in order to recover your data, so be sure to include it if it's not already listed in the ticket.
