**MAIL NOT BEING SENT**

PLEASE HELP!,
I have encountered a problem and wondering if anyone can help. Last night I performed a manual send to a list (only 55 people) and a substantial number of people did not get the email. ListMail did not report ANY errors - in fact it reports that all 55 were sent correctly.
This has happened the last few times I have sent emails out. I know of about 10 people ONLY that got the email last night. As I said, there are NO errors reported in ListMail and also none from my servers logs!
As far as everything appears, all the emails were sent - however they were not.
Everything was working fine up until a couple of weeks ago, and I have confirmed with Lunarpages (my hosting company) that nothing has changed on my server.

I was wondering if this article could be related as I closed my browser page (actually hit the Return Button) immediately upon receiving the confirmation that the 55 emails had been sent?:

I have just had an email from LunarPages and this is what they are asking ()


"....What is the mailing list manager written in?  If the emails had reached the Exim MTA, they would be transmitted or bounced.  If this is a php script, does it use the mail() function?  Have you tried reversing it and using SMTP.  If it is SMTP have you tried mail()?..."
