How do I setup my Dailymail if the host does not allow me to run Cron jobs?

If you have a dedicated internet connection you might choose to run the tasks on your home/Windows computer.  Details are here:

Another possibility is to have a friend run your task from another web host.

I can also do 2 tasks for you for $20/yr, if you like.
