Title: How do I get a full refund?

LMP won't work for me with purchases so I will need to get a refund.
I asked some time ago and have still not received a reply to my question.

It is very possible to integrate ListMail with shopping cart software.  Examples can be seen in the customizations forum (http://listmailpro.com/forum/index.php?board=4). Some shopping carts feature plugins to add users to ListMail, such as aMember (http://amember.com) and aShop (http://ashopsoftware.com).  I am also available for some custom work to integrate ListMail with your existing cart - such efforts generally cost around $50 at most.

You told me in an earlier post that LMP cannot deliver a digital file such as a pdf automatically afer a purchase.
Let me explain what I need then you can let me know if it will work.
I will have a joomla subscription membership site with aMember integration. I have Pay Pal for both membership payments and purchases.
I need an autoresponder that can automatically deliver a pdf when one is purchased.
So: say I become a member of the site and pay the membership fee, I'll probably get a message from aMember and not LMP right ? Then later I want to purchase an e-book through the site and pay through Pay Pal. How will it be delivered to me automatically after payment is processed?
At the moment I use 1shoppingcart as my autoresponder, but before I upgrade to their more expensive monthly service using the shopping cart, I'd like to see if LMP can do what I need.
