I've signed up for the ListMail Demo but I have not yet recieved a confirmation e-mail.

The listmailpro.com server must be blocked either temporarily or permanently from delivering to your ISP.  I suspect if you were to login to the member area and click 'Email My Info' you would not receive an email.  You'll have to use an email address that can receive email from listmailpro.com and/or send me an email containing your email address and I'll try to get the block taken care of.
