Title: i cant attach files

I can't attach files. They are not large, they upload (these are .doc files) but they do not show up in the emails. what am i doing wrong????? please help. Thanks. :]

Greetings,

Have you been able to successfully set the file name in the attachments field for your message(s)?  Do you have, perhaps, anti-virus running on your email?  .doc files might be considered 'harmful'.  Have you tried a .txt or ZIP file?
