I have 1000 subscribers in a text format. How can I import it to my list mail?

Please view the online help for the import process at the following URL:

A CSV file can be created with a program like Excel.  It might look like as follows:

"John","Doe","john@doe.com"
"Jane","Doe","jane@doe.com"
etc.

You can also import simpler files only containing email addresses, ie:

john@doe.com
jane@doe.com
etc.
