I would like a refund. I am sorry, but please visit the forum where alot of people are having SMTP server errors.
We are running businesses, just like you, and I don't know about anyone, but I cannot wait until the "free support" gets around to visiting the message board.
I understand that you are busy, but if that's the case, maybe you should hire some people to help.
If I told my customers that to wait until I got around to something, I wouldn't have very many customers left.
How do I apply for a refund?

I am sorry you feel this way and it caused you to abandon your hope for ListMail. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to hire help at this time as I am charging so little for the program. Sales are steady, though, so I'm surviving. ListMail is currently my sole venture. I am developing dozens of features for the next release. I expect to be more available in the future when development of the program is complete. If you would like fast, thorough, assistance please place an order from http://listmailpro.com/support. You will find my prices very reasonable. It's not uncommon for direct technical assistance of this nature to go for as high as $150/hr.
