I just tried to log in to my Listmail admin panel. After submitting the password, the screen briefly said "Logged in," then switched to "logged out" rather than displaying the adminstration panel. I tried numerous times, but the same thing happened. What could be the problem, and how can it be resolved? Thanks. (P.S. I haven't updated Listmail in a while...so I'm not sure what version I'm running, if that makes any difference.) PegE

If closing and reopening the browser or clearing your cookies (you don't have to clear them all, just the ones for your domain) doesn't fix it I recommend upgrading If after you upgrade you continue to have troubles please let me know.

I cleared the cookies & upgraded the program, but am still getting logged out immediately after logging in. Help!

Okay - I fixed it. A ListMail function that detects the current domain name was not working correctly on your server. I believe this is due to the web server being on a non-standard port, 81 instead of 80. I have updated the function in your files and all available and future files.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance!

Whatever you did (specifying a different port, I think) worked....but I just tried to log in to Listmail tonight & had the same problem again -- I was immediately logged back out.
I have been having computer trouble & have been trying to update my website (www.pearlsong.com) from another (backup) computer via Frontpage, and in the process may have replaced some of the files online...I guess. (Although I just downloaded the current files to the backup computer and republished them...I didn't alter anything having to do with Listmail.)
Can you fix it again? I apologize for the inconvenience, and realize I may need to pay for the service.
Thank you.

I managed to fix the being-logged-out problem by uploading the newest stable version of Listmail (after realizing that my attempted website update had accidentally installed an older version of Listmail). And I was able to send the emails I needed to send.
However, now when I check the user database of a list & attempt to browse to the next page in the database, I am taken to a Google Gmail webpage instead!
I will post this problem under a new topic heading.

This is very strange and I'm a bit curious. I can investigate as time provides, if you like. Submit your info here (http://listmailpro.com/support?t=other).
