Hi Dean,
The following is the edited conversation with my hosting company. The problem I'm having is that I send mail and sometimes it will stop and I have to resume. Waiting around to see if the mail is delivered is a bit of a pain. It's not a killer, but I'd rather just go "click" and walk away and know it's all going out instead of coming back hours later to see thousands still sitting in the queue.
I asked my hosting company about it and their mail server and the LMP set up. What they replied with is:
---------------------
Everything on the servers is configured correctly and there currently is not a limit on the amount of email that can be sent in one day. You may need to reconfigure your software.
---------------------
That was last Monday. Today, I left the login sitting there, waiting for the job to finish, and received the following error (which I have sent to the hosting company, but thought now would be a good time to ask you as well):
---------------------
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
---------------------
Question: Why is my mailing not running from beginning to end without having to press the resume button once or twice during the process? and of course, if you know why, how do I fix this?
Thanks.
Hope you're having a good weekend.
Sincerely,
Rowdy Rhodes
