Hello,
Is it possible to import an existing user database and have it show the original "Date Added, IP: Address, Ref URL: and User ID" from the existing user database?
The long of it: I had originally set up a list (List 2), on one of my existing web sites with a caputure form for a different unrelated web site.
Now I have set up LMP on the other web site and I have imported "List 2" into the other web site, although I didn't see how to import those fields into the new database.
I want to import the "Date Added, IP: Address, Ref URL: and User ID" from the existing user database into the new user database so I can track the users "click throughs" as well as know when they actually signed up and from which one of my web sites.
Thanks,
Mike

Unfortunately, this is not yet possible. While the import process supports the extra fields, the export process does not. This is easy enough to fix, but there is the added issue that when you re-import users they are given a new UID. Therefore, you must use PhpMyAdmin to extract the entire row information for users on your list, then re-import the rows, again using PhpMyAdmin, to the lm_users table on the new host.
Keep in mind that no two users in the database should have the same UID and there is a (very small) chance of this happening as ListMail is not checking for duplicates.
If you are not familiar with PhpMyAdmin I can provide more specific instructions.
