Title: Importing updated database of users

I have tried importing our updated list of users into ListMail and the screen counter shows the last number of users, not the new number (which is approximately another 20).  How do I know when the list has been updated successfully as it doesn’t refresh.

I am quite new to this process and am unsure how to check whether any of the new names have been imported.

It sounds like a browser caching issue.  Are you on the latest files (v1.85) available from the member area?

If you continue to have this problem I will look into the cache settings on the import page.
