I've just purchased Listmail and want a paid installation but am unsure of what to put in the Control Panel and FTP section?

Greetings,

To run ListMail you need a domain name and commercial web host supportive of the amount of email you would like to send.  Some hosts are recommended here (http://listmailpro.com/forum/index.php?topic=1699.0).  The Control Panel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Control_panel_%28Web_hosting%29) is provided by your host and is used to manage email accounts and other aspects of your web hosting.  FTP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FTP) access is also provided by your host and is for transferring your web site files from your home computer to the host for serving your web site to the world.
