Title: Installation in Windows XP

Hi

I am trying to install LM on a Windows XP OS.  After I type in the INSTALL as login I get to the next screen where it sends you to a Config. When I click on this link it gives an Login screen and it does not accept any password.

I assume you are running PHP, MySQL, and some mail server software on your computer.  Are the MySQL tables set up correctly when you do the initial install?  The login process uses a cookie.  Please ensure that cookies are enabled in your PHP config and in your browser.
