Title: Installation - question about /attach permissions

I am installing ListMailPro. I can't find the /attach/ directory. Where should it be? Is that something that I create? (My host is ixwebhosting.com)

Greetings,

ListMail should be in a sub-folder of your main web directory so that it is accessible at http://example.com/mail, for example.  The attach folder should be a sub-folder of mail, just as it comes with the ListMail ZIP.
