It mentions this in the help files for setting up a cron.

I dont have that option...on 1.84

v1.85 is a work in progress - coming soon. :)  I modify the help files before-hand and so include a note that this is a v1.85 feature so you do not think it is possible with v1.84.

The cron-style followups (v1.85) are different than the dailymail cron task (http://listmailpro.com/help/dailymail_cron.html) which has been a part of ListMail since it's inception.
