Title: Is there an easier way

I am new to listmail.
Is there an easier way to get the program going than by trial and error?
I don't have the programming background and time to figure it all out.
I have set up 5 email addresses and have been trying to add them to a list and I add, send a confirmation message, and still only have one email in that list.
