Title: Issue with sending email

When I try to send an html email, I get:
"Sending error. Check your mail settings."

When I run a test.........it may fail the first time
and succeed the second time.

Nothing is changed on the configuration page.

Can someone tell what might be wrong that causes this?
It has happened frequently.

Well try to check the account setting maybe the certain POP and SMTP servers are correct and corresponding some information in were given in your  domain in hosting set up. If does an error try to remove the email in your outbox then close outlook completely and then open again maybe it will work again.
