We recently had 150 people sign up, through listmail, for a special promotion we're doing. After the deadline, we exported the list, added unique information in the spreadsheet for custom fields 7 & 8, and reimported the list (to a copy of the original). It was saved as a .csv file, and I can't see anything weird in it, but not all of the information was updated. Some users had all information, some were really truncated with missing and partial information in the custom fields.
Any idea what I should be looking for to avoid this problem in the future?
