Title: Link Tracking not counting hits

Hi Dean,

I have sent out some emails earlier this week with coded links but I see no hits counted for those links. I know that some people have clicked on these coded links but I see no hits in the link tracker section.

What could be causing the link tracker to fail to register hits?
