Title: lm_custom table

We don't have this table in our listmail database.

please help!

We are running version1.84

lm_custom was removed for v1.8 as Custom HTML templates are now modularized so they can be used across multiple lists.

The new tables are lm_chtml, lm_chtmld, lm_error and lm_errord
