Title: Move to New Server

I need to move my website to a new server. What is the best way to move ListMail Pro? Can I move the follow-up messages, etc. too or will I need to re-type all 40 again? My list is at about 2,000.

The best, fastest, most efficient way is to do a manual backup & restore with PhpMyAdmin.
