Title: New Installation Help Please?

Hi,
Pretty new to all this and wanted to crack it on my own but now its driving me nuts! Got most of it installed/configured and cant quite get to the last hurdle.
I know ive missed something but cant work out what.
I get the following result when i try and send a TEST message:

The bounced message mailbox is configured correctly.

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required './mimeclass.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /homepages/20/d164556514/htdocs/mail/editconf.php on line 1904

Can anyone help please?

Hi Simon,

I have not seen this before.  The mimeclass.php should appear with the rest of the ListMail files in the main ListMail folder and be able to be included.  If you continue to have troubles please submit your info (https://www.listmailpro.com/members/?typ=other) for a hands-on investigation.

Hi Dean,
Many thanks for your prompt reply. I have checked the files and found that somehow they had been copied across but not completely so they showed as being there but had no data in them!? Anyway, have now fixed that one.
I now get:

The SMTP server is not configured correctly. Check your settings.

I know I probably being thick but can you point me in the right direction please?

1&1 shared hosting is known to block connections to SMTP from the local web server (ie. web scripts, ie. ListMail)  Your only option is to use the alternative "PHP mail" mailing method.
