Title: No Cron job setting capability. Work around in linux?

Hi:

I would like to move to GoDaddy.com hosting, but they do not allow Cron jobs. The package I am considering is linux based.

Can I get ListMailPro to work without Cron? And if so, how? Is it complicated?
