Hi,
I'm running some tests and I'm noticing that as the Admin, I'm not receiving email notifications each time a new user signs up. I have 3 lists and each list is set up to send notifications tot he Admin.
Any ideas why this is happening?

1. Make sure your "Notification Email" on your list is a valid address
2. Make sure "Notify when a user subscribes" is checked.
The notification is sent when a user successfully subscribes. That is, it is sent only after the user completes subscription. Have you tested the signup process to completion?
I can investigate with access... :)
