Title: Not sending welcome message(Warning: mail() [function.mail)

In UserDatabase ->Add New User--> when added it adds in the database but the welcome mail is not been sent.
Can you please tell me why it is not sending the mail and giving me error--"Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 501 5.5.4 Invalid Address in D:\phproot\cellbucket\listmailpro\admin.php on line 2482" ?

Welcome, confirmation and some notification emails use the PHP mail() function (http://php.net/manual/en/function.mail.php) which must be configured.  Please contact your web host about PHP mail() not working.
