Hi,
I'm not quite sure I understand the use of bounce.cgi. I have 3 lists (General, Events and Volunteer). Why do I need to use bounce.cgi?
Thanks in advance for your help.

bounce.cgi works for all lists at the same time. It's set up on your host to accept emails sent to a certain address (ie: bounce@site.com) It processes bounced messages as they come in, and removes/flags users when the threshold, set on the config page, is breached.
Email -> CGI forwarding is one of the more difficult parts of setup. Here's the documentation: http://listmailpro.com/help/cgi.html

Is it important to use bounce.cgi. Currently, bounce.cgi disabled -- and all bounces are returned to the administrator email address (my email address).

It is not overly important to use bounce.cgi, but it can be useful. If you don't mind receiving and ignoring bounce messages you can leave it off, but if you want to remove bounced users automatically to keep your lists clean you might want to look into it. If you have a smaller list (<10,000) you can also get by using the mailbox method of bounce processing.
