Hi,
Just imported a whole bunch of additional names to one of my lists and chose the 'overwrite' option. I assumed this would just overwrite any duplicates and leave any original ones that were there on the list. Have I misunderstood this command? It seems to have deleted all my original list and set every one to follow up sequence 1 delay 0 . . . . HELP!!!
Thanks,
Lynda

Hi Lynda,
Normally the process should simply overwrite existing users and add new ones. If you used the option "DELETE all users on this list before importing", however, you may experience what you report. Could you have used this option and also clicked "OK" when it asked if you were sure you wanted to delete all users? If not, please try to recreate this with a test list so I can fix the problem.
You may want to contact your web host about obtaining a copy of your user database table (lm_users) from yesterday. They may not make a backup every day but it's worth a shot if you lost some good leads.

Thanks!
That's clear. Can only assume I chose the delete option :(
Quick question - how can I search all my lists at once, rather than list by list to unsubscribe someone who has emailed an unsubscribe request?
Merci!

Hi Lynda,
When on the User Database page change the current list to "All Lists". You can now do searches on all lists. :D
