Title: Paid $50 for Installation service

I paid on June 1, How long will it take before it is done?  Is there a phone number to call to discuss a specific problem?

We had some miscommunication and since then have made some progress.  I expect to complete your service shortly, when we get all the details ironed out.  Thank you very much for your order.  Please be assured I will be here to support you if anything goes wrong after the installation is complete.

Unfortunately I do not offer telephone sales or support at this time. :(
