Title: Poor service...is there any help available??

I was advised to subscribe to ListMail Pro, because I cannot get my follow up emails working...I signed up and paid for this service a month ago and have heard nothing from anybody and my follow ups still are not working..

Can any body please advise who I contact for help in this matter. :cry:

I have been away - the delay should not be typical.  If you ordered support from http://listmailpro.com/support please update your support ticket for the fastest response, as I do these requests first each day.
