Hello,
I can't figure out how to save config.php in NotePad as php and not .php.txt
:?

Choose "Save As" from the File menu
Change the file name to "config.php" (no quotes)
Ensure that the file type (right below the file name) is set to "All File Types"
You're done.

That's what I did, but it saves as config.php.txt

It should not save as .txt as long as you double check that your file type (below the file name you type in) is set to "All File Types".
