Hi Dean,
Just wondered if you could help with a little problem I've been having with Listmail. I've used the import function a number of times without problems, however since I changed over to my own server [after volumes increased], now the import function doesn't work any more.
There's no error messages, or anything to suggest that something's up. Just when you select the file & hit the button, it just goes back to the first import screen as if you'd just hit "Cancel."
Any ideas?

Hi Richard,
Did you set the permissions on the ListMail attach folder? This is the single-most important factor for file uploads.

You must set or CHMOD permissions on the /attach/ directory to 777 or read, write, & execute access for all users

I've checked with our techie guy and it seems that that's all set up as it should be.

Hi Richard,
There isn't much else I can think of - I guess you should check that your ListMail URL, on the Configuration page is correct.
If you continue to have troubles please submit your info (http://listmailpro.com/support?t=other) for an investigation.

Yep, the URL seems right unfortunately.
I believe we submitted all our info for an investigation in January when we were having some problems with funny characters being displayed but I don't think we ever closed the case - Do you still have our details on file?

I have updated ListMail to the latest available from the member area. You were on v1.86b and the latest is v1.87d. It now appears to work.:D
