Title: Problems setting up Bouce

We have have tried setting up fowarding to bounce.cgi by all the methods shown including getting our web host to edit sendmail's etc/ aliases file and the bounce test still fails.

Hi Stephen,

It is hard to say where the problem lies without administrator access to your server.  Your web host should definitely be able to figure this out.

Can I give you administrator access for you to look at the problem.
I appreciate this may be chargeable support. Please advise how best to give you this securely.

I havent got to grips with your software yet ( My son Guy Willis
was working on the installation before he went back up to University).

I have however been recommending it, as I am sure it will do great things
with minimal effort!
