Since I can't get anything done about my full install want do I have to do to get a refund?

Sorry, I've been really busy. I have completed the service and refunded 50% of the purchase price in compensation for the unexpected (48 hr?) delay. Please let me know if you have any questions, troubles or would like to proceed with a full refund.
