Title: Scheduled Mails Not Going Out

I setup a test mail to go out yesterday and
it was not processed.

When I click on Dailymail it does send and
I receive a completed email

There must be a problem with the scheduled cron task.  Have you done what you can with the help page?

If you continue to have troubles you might want to talk to your host about this as there can be further complications.  For instance, it's possible that the "/usr/bin/wget" program used by the process is not available or in another directory.
