Title: Send one e-mail to multiple lists

How can I send an e-mail to all of my lists?  There seems to be an "All" option for viewing e-mails but not for sending them.

There used to be an "All" selection in the list listing on the "Send Email" page.  This was taken out when User Selection was added, however.  Now you can create a User Selection that select all lists and name the selection 'All' to achieve the same thing.
