Title: Send welcome email when subsriber is moved?

I am running LM 1.87d and was wondering how to have LM send the welcome email when I remove a subscriber from list #1 add to list #2.

I thought I had seen something a while back about this from a previous post but I searched and searched and could not find it.

You must have been mistaken - this is not currently a feature when manually moving users.  Another user has suggested a button be added to the user edit page to send the welcome email.
