Hi Dean
I might need your help with something that just came up for me.
Things have been running smoothly until a couple of days ago when I sent a mailing out to a list of 1500. I noticed later that the mailing stopped after about 200 emails were sent.
So I tried to send a new email out to the same list today and it stops after 5 emails, and the auto-resume does not restart the sending process.
I can manually resume, but again it stops after the first 5 are sent.
I've made no changes to any setup either on LMP or CRON jobs.
I suspect that my host has done something, but I have no idea what.
Any idea where I should look, or what I should as my host?
Thanks
Ben

Hi Dean Thanks for the recommendations:
I ran the testime script - here is the last line of the results I got:
291elapsed = 292elapsed = 293elapsed = 294elapsed = 295295.. elapsed = 296elapsed = 297elapsed = 298elapsed = 299elapsed = 300300.. elapsed = 301
Looks good! The script ran for secs
Does this mean the time limit is OK?
I am not sure how to enable the SMTP log from the configuration page - I don't see where to do this on the page.
However, I did run a Test Mail Settings from the config page and got the following:
[SMTP Server]
Is enabled? Yes
Connecting to SMTP server.. Connected!
Sending test email to remote address.. Problem setting receiver to Remote Test Address
The SMTP server is not configured correctly. Check your settings.
I have not made any changes to the server settings since I began using LMP more than a year ago. My reconnect has always been set to 1000 emails, is that too high? Any idea what settings need to be changed?
I will be writing my host regarding any changes they may have made to the SMTP message limits but I was hoping you could help me troubleshoot this on my end first.
Thanks
Ben

I just created the support ticket. Let me know what you find.
Also, let me know if this needs to be a paid support service, which I'm happy to do if needed.

Hi Dean
I think I may have found the problem.
Even though I never had it this way before, I setup the AUTH? email address and password under SMTP server sending method. The test email worked and the emails are going out OK now (although I haven't tested the autoresume yet).
So maybe my host changed their server to require authorization?
Just guessing - but you can close the tech support ticket.
