Title: Sequence stuck at penultimate email

I have an email sequence of 24 emails - when subscribers are reaching the last but one email they are stuck at 0 and don't move past it to the last email - what could be causing this?

whilst your having a look, I need the mqueue sorting out each week and the MYSQL restarting every other day.
Today only 2 emails have gone out.  Even running a manual Daily Mail task has not send out the emails that need to go out?
