So I don't waste anyone's time.After I wrote this request for help topic I was able to send my email out to one list at a time. Just could not figure out what i may be doing wrong when i customized a new list consisting of the 10 separate lists.
I would like to know what I'm not doing correctly. Can send Scr4een shots to anyone who likes to solve puzzles ..
Been trying to send out my annual (OK, so it's only my second) mass email and am having problems.
I've tried sending just to one email address and also to a list of 400 to no avail.
I sure could use some immediate help if anyone knows what I can do to send out an email to a small list of 400 TODAY!
My browser is FireFox on a Mac Quad
My LMP version is v1.87d
I can send a Preview to my own email address but not to a list of one, nor to my list of 400.
In a nutshell;
- I wrote my email titled, 2008 Special Thank you offer in the text field of LMP,
- I created a custom list consisting of my first 10 lists (total of about 400
email addresses), named it 2008 Special Offer
- Selected my customized target list and clicked send.
The window that next appears reads:
Please wait while email is queued to send... Done!
Connecting to SMTP server... Connected!
Delaying.. Please wait..
If your mailing stops for any reason you can simply and safely sending.
Sending to server: 0 of 0.
Average speed: 0 per second. 0 per hour.
Called domail with no messages in queue, aborting.

I searched the forum but could not locate a solution for my specific problem. Can anyone please suggest what I need to do to fix this?
This email is for an offer that is good only until 12-1-08 so I sure would like to get it out today if possible.
Only other thing I can think to mention is that I have been able to send out an email to a customized list in the past.
