Title: setting up smtp server errors

Does this mean anything more specific than the server address is wrong (I'm pretty sure it isn't!)?:

Hi Guy,

I did a DNS lookup on the smtp server you reported and it didn't return an IP address, so yes I would say it is incorrect.

PS. I removed the true SMTP server hostname for your privacy.
