Title: Simple Question: Email Subscribe

I hope it has a simple answer:

I would like people to simply be subscribed to the list by sending an email to "xxx@domain.com  as opposed to filling out the form.

The specific program I am using is asking for the list subscription email address, not a form for the user to fill out.

How do I do this? Thanks.

Your server may or may not support the "email aliases" required for this.
