Title: smtp report

Hi,

All my emails to hotmail is ending up in the junk folder.
My question is after i've sent emails the smtp report shows that the mail from address is bounce@worldofmagnets.co.uk but the set email address in lmp is webmaster@worldofmagnets.co.uk

Is that the reason why my emails are ending in the junk folder.

I don't use bounce.cgi to process bounce back . I use the mailbox option instead

Hi SanJ,

No I don't believe the bounce address being different from the "From" address is the reason.  In my experience it takes a very low number of complaints to stay out of the junk folder.  Other factors are likely also in play.  I highly recommend visiting http://postmaster.hotmail.com for more information and searching the web for more about the hotmail junk email folder.  Let us know what you find.  Others may share their experience and I may do some searching of my own.
