Title: Still sending out to our list twice but not everyone

Hello again
We are now running two lists. One list this does not happen to the other list some people are being sent the email twice.
I have now sent the emails out as both a send email and as a follow up and it happens on either system.
Why is this happening, I have checked with our server host and they don't know why it is doing this either - has anyone else on the forum had this problem? and why is it only doing it one one list of names?  I have now split this list into smaller lists to see if it was the amount of names in it but that has not stopped this problem either.

I forgot to add, we need this problem resolving as we are being to look incompetent, we are very happy to pay for this glitch on the one list to be resolved.
