Title: Stuck queuing imported subscribers - NOT sending welcome.

Hello,

I just installed the latest version of LMP on a new hosting account and
it's giving me a bit of an issue..

First, the import function times out - I found a time consuming way to fix that but I got it.

Second - and most important...

It's not sending the welcome messages.  I've tried both PHPmail and SMTP.

It just sits there, and when I click resume, it says they are quequeing.

Please help!
