Title: Subscribe Error

This is weird.  I've used this script on many of my sites and never had this problem.  This is the first time using the upgraded version.  I get this error.

The error messages are as follows:
You didn't enter an email address.

Please press the back button on your browser and re-enter your information.

I did put both fields and I don't know why I'm getting this error.
Please help.

Are you sure you have named your text box "email"?

<input type=text name=email>
